Queen's College - Special Training
1. Conception on the "Tribes"
Under the Extra-curricular Activities Progrmme we’ve given and are giving a clear conscious view on the tribal modes of life to our students. Tribal people whom we generally treat satirically as the foreigners are representing a queer variety of life modes and distinctive cultural community. Students are having a conscious knowledge of their rights, of which they are deprived. Tribal people physically appear before them to brief & delineate their customs and tradition.
2. Outlook towards the "Disabled"
The prevalent social system has always remained apathetic towards the disabled. We leave a good deal of disabled people around us whom we can, no way, neglect because they are our sitters, brothers, aunts or uncles, father or mother. Can they be deserted? Attending these programmes students will grow a since of responsibility, not pity, on the disabled. With this feeling, students will be willing to offer their helping hands towards the disabled people.
